Roast Veggies





These are simple to make, if you want something to cook whilst  you are doing your own work. 

All you need is to set the timer for the oven and you are good to go. 


I  like to use :Zucchini
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Onions
Carrots
After cutting up, line the foil or baking sheet with coconut oil. 





Prep Time : 5-7 mins

Cook Time 15- 20 mins 


Cut/chop all veggies 

Toss the veggies in Salt and black pepper.

Put onto baking pan and put into oven. 

After 15 mins - check and turn veggies over . I like t have them roasted on both ends. 


I sometimes do this with salmon, It is the perfect match. Other times, I just cook alone. 

Either way, It's a healthy Treat.
