Comfort Bowl

I like to call this a comfort bowl because it has almost everything I like in there.

And off course - they are all gluten and dairy free.


1. Plantain - fried in coconut oil

2. Avocado/ Guacamole - I like t have these healthy fats in abundance

3. Hormone & antibiotic Free Eggs

4. Roast veggies


This basically gives me fuel for about 6 or so hours. I don't get to feel hungry.
I like to have it for brunch so that the next meal is something small in the evening.
